Splashball
Birth years: 2016–2019.
A fun introduction to water polo for younger athletes brand new to the sport. Athletes must be able to swim 25m unaided.

12U Beginner Team
Birth years: 2014–2015.
A great place to start your water polo journey and learn the game in a fun, supportive team environment.
Thursday 7:00–8:00pm – PRC

14U Team & 12U Competitive
Birth years: 2012–2013 (plus selected competitive 12U athletes by coach placement).
Our 14U team trains regularly and attends several tournaments throughout the season.

Thursday 8:00–9:00pm – PRC
Sunday 6:00–7:00pm – H2O
First 2026 Practice: Tuesday 6th January
Senior B – 16U (14U Competitive)
Competitive training with opportunities to attend tournaments around BC, with a focus on preparation for BC Provincials in April.
Note: Athletes are not required to attend every session.

Senior A – 18U (16U Competitive)
Training alongside 16U and adult athletes with regular scrimmages and competitive opportunities in BC and beyond.
Note: Athletes may select sessions that fit their schedule.
Monday 7:30–9:15pm – H2O (7:30pm is when dryland starts)
Tuesday 7:30–9:00pm – KFY (16U)
Wednesday 8:00–9:45pm – PRC (18U) (7:45pm Dryland Warm-Up)
Thursday 8:00–9:30pm – PRC (7:45pm Dryland Warm-Up)
Friday 7:30–9:00pm – H2O (7:15pm Dryland Warm-Up)
Saturday 5:00–7:00pm – H2O (4:45pm Dryland Warm-Up)

Adult Rec Water Polo
Recreational water polo with weekly training and scrimmages.
Wednesday 8:00–9:45pm – PRC (7:45pm dryland warm-up)
Friday 11:30am–12:30pm – H2O
Sunday 7:00–8:00pm – H2O (6:45pm dryland warm-up)

Adult Competitive
Competitive adult athletes train with Adult Rec and Senior players, with additional scrimmage opportunities.
Monday 7:30–9:15pm – H2O (in pool from 8-9:15pm)
Wednesday 8:00–9:45pm – PRC (7:45pm dryland warm-up)
Friday 11:30am–12:30pm – H2O
Friday 7:30–9:00pm – H2O (7:15pm dryland warm-up)
Sunday 7:00–8:00pm – H2O (6:45pm dryland warm-up)
By invitation: Experienced adult competitive players may be invited to train alongside our youth athletes. The purpose of this integration is to share knowledge, game awareness, and water polo experience in a positive, supportive training environment that benefits developing competitive youth players.
