BC Provincial Championships Recap

This past weekend, our athletes competed at the BC Provincial Championships at Guildford Recreation Centre, putting in strong performances across multiple age groups and representing the club with pride.

Our 14U girls delivered an excellent tournament, finishing fourth overall after a series of competitive games. The 14U boys also secured a fourth-place finish in a seven-team division, narrowly missing bronze in a hard-fought final game against Pacific Storm.

Our 16U boys had a strong development weekend against high-performance teams, showing determination and heart throughout the tournament. We also want to recognize our four 16U girls who competed with Pacific Storm and earned a silver medal.

Additional highlights included Lux Brasnett, who competed with the 14U Storm girls and earned a bronze medal, Liam Halsall, who played with the 16U boys team that captured gold, and Ian Appel, who won gold with the 14U Boys Pacific Storm team.

Overall, it was a weekend full of effort, growth, and strong team performances. A big thank you to our coaches, volunteers, and families for their continued support.
