2026 Is Here: Welcome Back to the Pool, KWPC!
Club Update – Sunday, January 4, 2026
Kelowna Water Polo Club is proud to be a community-focused water polo swim club offering development opportunities for athletes of all ages and stages — from introductory water polo swim lessons to competitive youth and adult programs. Whether athletes are new to the sport or working toward higher levels of competition, our goal is to help everyone learn, improve, and enjoy the game.
Practices Resume – January 6
We hope everyone had a great holiday break and some quality time away from the pool. With 2026 underway, we’re excited to get back together — reconnecting as a club, having fun, and continuing to build our skills in the water.
All regular KWPC practices will begin on or after Tuesday, January 6. As we head into a busy part of the season, our focus is on learning, improving, and getting better together — one practice at a time.
School comes first and life happens, and we understand that. What matters most is that when athletes are at practice, they come ready to learn, ready to work, and ready to support their teammates:
- Arrive prepared and on time, ready to jump in
- Get into the water efficiently so we maximize pool time
- Train with focus and curiosity — effort, learning, and progress matter
- Communicate early if you’ll be late or miss a session
Strong habits, positive energy, and shared effort are what make our club special. These small details add up and make a big difference in both development and enjoyment.
