Special Note: Sunday 23rd June - 6-8pm Scrimmage
Adult & Senior Youth Practice will scrimmage from 6-8pm

Pool available for community practice from 6-8pm
June, July & August - lake practices begin in June ✅
Saturday lake practices have begun. Wednesday evening lake practices will begin in July.

Saturday 20th July - Across the Lake Swim 🏊 🏊🏼♀️ 🏊♂️
Practice will move to Sunday 21st July as members of the Kelowna Water Polo community will swim in the annual across the lake swim event. Think you can beat the club record? Check out past years times here.

What to bring to the beach ✅ 🏖️
We have a new location at Tugboat Beach which means that our practice area is a bit furher out.
List of things to bring:
Towel, water & warm clothes
Water & Snacks
Sunscreen (apply before you head to the beach so it isn't slippery during games.
Hat
👉 Floaty, Noodle or Paddleboard - all youth players should bring a floaty or noodle to practice. This will be needed so that you have a spot to rest out by the field of play.
Beach tent - if you plan to hang out at the beach after practice a tent will be super useful on Saturdays especially
